Join MOL AccessPortal as a Senior Database Administrator and lead our cloud database infrastructure strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and optimize cloud-based database solutions across AWS/Azure/GCP platforms
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement proactive maintenance protocols
- Develop disaster recovery plans and ensure data integrity through backup/replication strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database schemas and query performance
- Establish security protocols including access controls, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Document database architectures, procedures, and create knowledge-sharing resources
- Mentor junior DBAs and stay current with emerging database technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent professional certification
- 5+ years of hands-on database administration experience with cloud platforms
- Expertise in SQL and at least two major RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) and database services
- Experience with database performance tuning, high-availability configurations, and security best practices
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
