In this role, you will manage complex database environments, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement robust backup/recovery procedures. You'll collaborate with development teams to optimize database architectures and ensure seamless integration with enterprise applications. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise database solutions for applications and systems
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimization strategies

- Develop and execute backup/recovery procedures to ensure data availability
- Collaborate with development teams on database architecture and integration
- Document database configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
- Implement database upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime
- Analyze capacity requirements and plan database scaling initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in database administration
- Expertise in SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL database systems
- Strong knowledge of database security principles and compliance standards
- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization
- Proficiency in backup/recovery procedures and high-availability solutions
- Familiarity with cloud database platforms (AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
- Certification (e.g., Oracle OCP, Microsoft SQL MCSA) preferred
