Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain database systems to support financial applications and services
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database operations for maximum efficiency
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure database schemas align with application requirements
- Stay current with database technologies and best practices in the fintech industry
- Document database configurations, procedures, and technical specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Database Administrator, preferably in the fintech sector
- Expert knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL database systems
- Experience with database security, encryption, and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Certification in database administration (e.g., Oracle OCP, Microsoft MCSE) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
