In this mission-critical role, you will be responsible for the health, security, and performance of our Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) environments.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain large-scale Microsoft SQL Server environments to ensure maximum uptime and system performance.
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions, including AlwaysOn Availability Groups and SQL Clustering.
- Perform proactive performance tuning, query optimization, and index management to ensure efficient database operations.
- Execute complex database migrations, upgrades, and patch management while minimizing service disruption.
- Develop and automate database maintenance tasks using T-SQL, PowerShell, or other scripting tools.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members regarding best practices in database administration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams, including developers and system engineers, to support enterprise application lifecycle management.
- Ensure robust database security by implementing auditing, encryption, and regular vulnerability assessments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience as a SQL Server Database Administrator.
- Expert-level proficiency in MSSQL (2016-2022) installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups, SQL Replication, and Windows Server Failover Clustering (WSFC).
- Advanced proficiency in T-SQL scripting and performance tuning/query plan analysis.
- Experience with cloud database services (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA: SQL Server or Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate are highly preferred.
