In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between Sales, Legal, Finance, and Revenue Operations, ensuring that every deal is structured for success and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and approve sales quotes and contracts to ensure strict compliance with company policies and legal standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Legal, and Billing teams to structure complex commercial agreements and resolve pricing discrepancies.
- Maintain and update the deal management database (e.g., Salesforce, Conga) with accurate, up-to-date deal information.
- Analyze deal data to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Support the Revenue Operations team with ad-hoc reporting, special projects, and system optimization initiatives.
- Ensure timely processing of contracts and invoices to support accurate revenue recognition and financial forecasting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field is required.
- 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Commercial Operations, or related functions.
- Strong knowledge of contract management software and revenue recognition principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively negotiate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment is highly desirable.
