Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily delivery operations and supervise driver teams to ensure on-time performance
- Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS and traffic analytics for maximum efficiency
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure maintenance compliance
- Train and mentor junior drivers on safety protocols and customer service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and delivery discrepancies with professional communication
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams for seamless operations
- Prepare delivery reports and maintain accurate documentation for compliance
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 driving license with minimum 3 years commercial driving experience
- Supervisory or team leadership experience in logistics or transport sector
- Deep knowledge of North Region road networks and traffic patterns
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations in past 5 years
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic proficiency in logistics software or mobile delivery applications
- Excellent communication skills in English and local dialects
- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in varying weather conditions
