Join Cambridge University Press & Assessment as a Senior Delivery Manager and lead transformative cloud-native and platform-based solutions that power our global assessment operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud-native and platform-based solutions supporting global assessment operations
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure timely project completion
- Implement agile methodologies to optimize delivery processes and adapt to changing requirements
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources while maintaining quality standards and stakeholder alignment
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices through retrospectives and performance metrics
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining compliance with organizational standards
- Report on delivery progress, KPIs, and ROI to senior leadership and stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery/project management with 3+ in tech leadership roles
- Proven expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Experience delivering SaaS or platform-based solutions in education/assessment industry preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello) and collaboration platforms
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or Cloud Architecture highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
