Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the conceptualization, development, and detailed design of mechanical/engineering components.
- Perform comprehensive design validation, including FEA and simulation testing to ensure product integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and procurement, to optimize designs for manufacturing.
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation, CAD models, and detailed assembly drawings.
- Troubleshoot design-related issues during the prototyping and production phases.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices and design standards.
- Manage project timelines to ensure engineering deliverables meet strict internal and client-driven deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a design engineering role within a similar industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Creo).
- In-depth knowledge of engineering standards, material science, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end design projects from concept to production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
