- Lead the design and development of engineering solutions that meet technical specifications and business requirements
- Create detailed design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with overall product strategy
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers
- Identify and resolve design issues through systematic analysis and testing
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, manufacturability, and performance
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in engineering design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software and other design tools relevant to the industry
- Demonstrated experience with design methodologies and engineering best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and analytically
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
