Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design process for engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical analysis to support project planning and development.
- Ensure all engineering designs strictly comply with relevant Singaporean building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and construction teams to translate complex concepts into detailed engineering drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, specifications, and documentation required for project approvals.
- Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Identify potential design risks and propose effective mitigation strategies during the planning and execution phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in design engineering within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering consultancy sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration is highly desirable and preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and STAAD.Pro.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.
- Proven track record of working in a multinational or Fortune 500 environment.
