You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, quantity surveyors, and external consultants, to ensure that our proposals are not only technically superior but also commercially competitive. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the structural design and engineering input for project tenders to ensure compliance and technical excellence.
- Perform structural analysis and optimization to enhance cost-efficiency and buildability of designs.
- Develop comprehensive construction methodologies and sequence plans for project proposals.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design conflicts prior to submission.
- Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify technical risks and opportunities.
- Prepare technical reports, calculation sheets, and presentation materials for tender interviews.
- Mentor junior engineers and support the continuous improvement of internal design standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (recognized by PE Board Singapore preferred).
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in structural design within the construction/consultancy industry.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro) and BIM (Revit).
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Codes, Eurocodes, and local authority submission requirements.
- Proven track record of success in supporting tender teams and winning construction bids.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on value engineering and design optimization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
