Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and layout of gas and industrial piping systems using industry-standard software (e.g., PDMS, SP3D, or AutoCAD).
- Conduct thorough hydraulic calculations and stress analysis to ensure system integrity and safety.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, PED, ISO).
- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, isometrics, and specifications for fabrication and installation.
- Collaborate with project managers, fabricators, and clients to resolve technical issues and optimize design solutions.
- Participate in site visits and provide technical support during the installation and commissioning phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience specifically in piping system design, with a focus on gas or oil & gas industries.
- Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and piping design software (PDMS, SP3D, E3D, or AutoCAD).
- Deep understanding of piping codes, standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
