Tanggung Jawab
- Lead land development projects from initial planning through to completion
- Design complex structural systems for residential and commercial developments
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government authorities
- Conduct site analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments
- Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in land development and structural design
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Building Code and local regulations
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams
- Excellent problem-solving and technical documentation skills
