Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of electronic components from concept through to mass production.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of junior and mid-level engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough analysis of electrical specifications and define design requirements to ensure product performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, supply chain, and quality assurance to resolve technical issues.
- Oversee PCB layout design, component selection, and schematic design using industry-standard tools.
- Implement Design for Manufacturability (DFM) strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Conduct root cause analysis for engineering issues and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in electronics design and development.
- Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role within an engineering environment.
- Strong proficiency in EDA tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, or PSpice.
- In-depth knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and analog/digital circuit design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a manufacturing hub setting.
