Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related field; PE license required
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in design engineering with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in engineering design principles, regulatory compliance, and project management
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies and material specifications
- Experience mentoring and developing engineering teams to achieve performance goals
- Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and project management systems
