Tanggung Jawab
- Design comprehensive FTTH network architectures compliant with industry standards
- Develop detailed implementation plans for overhead and underground fiber deployments
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for new network expansions
- Create technical documentation including schematics, bills of materials, and installation guides
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges during deployment
- Ensure network designs meet performance, cost, and sustainability targets
- Stay updated on emerging fiber technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in FTTH network design and implementation
- Expert knowledge of FTTH materials, specifications, and international standards
- Proficiency in overhead and underground fiber optic installation technologies
- Experience with network design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Visio)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in fiber optic technologies (e.g., CFOS/OFC) preferred
