Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle for local IT projects, from requirement analysis to deployment.
- Design and implement scalable application architectures that align with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve performance and security.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development activities and project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and security protocols in all application builds.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in application development.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, or Python) and frameworks.
- Strong experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
