- Lead architecture and development of PCI DSS-compliant FinTech payment solutions
- Establish technical standards, security protocols, and compliance frameworks for financial systems
- Mentor and guide development teams through agile methodologies and code reviews
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and security for high-transaction financial platforms
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for reliable releases
- Stay current with emerging FinTech trends, security threats, and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in technical leadership
- Proven expertise in PCI DSS compliance and financial security standards
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar backend technologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated industries
- Relevant certifications (PCI QSA, CISSP, or similar) strongly preferred
