Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of innovative digital solutions to solve complex supply chain and logistics challenges.
- Translate advanced research findings from ARTC into robust, production-ready software prototypes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optimization algorithms and advanced analytics into existing manufacturing processes.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and technical design to deployment and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Engage with industry partners to understand operational pain points and deliver tailored digital supply chain solutions.
- Ensure high code quality and adhere to rigorous software engineering best practices and documentation standards.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, data engineering, or supply chain analytics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with a strong foundation in algorithms and data structures.
- Hands-on experience with mathematical optimization tools (e.g., Gurobi, CPLEX) and simulation software.
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of managing technical projects and delivering complex solutions in an R&D or industrial environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
