Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end development of advanced simulation and optimization models for complex industrial systems.
- Design and implement algorithms to enhance operational workflows and logistics management.
- Conduct in-depth research into state-of-the-art operations research methodologies and implement them in software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate digital tools into existing production lines.
- Validate simulation results against real-world data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Present technical findings and architectural designs to senior stakeholders and project managers.
Kualifikasi
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in R&D, software development, or systems engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++.
- Proven track record of applying simulation and optimization techniques to solve real-world business problems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to model complex systems and data structures.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a diverse, interdisciplinary team environment.
