Are you a seasoned DevOps professional looking to make a significant impact at the intersection of UX and high-performance infrastructure? USER Experience Researchers is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our platform engineering initiatives in Cyberjaya. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, bridging the gap between backend development and seamless delivery.
You will play a pivotal role in evolving our CI/CD pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, and ensuring that our research platforms meet the highest standards of security and compliance. We are looking for an expert who thrives on automating complex workflows and empowering engineering teams to deliver world-class software at high velocity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment cycles.
- Collaborate with backend engineering teams to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Enforce rigorous Information Security (InfoSec) and compliance standards across all production environments.
- Proactively manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production issues to maintain optimal system health.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of DevOps best practices and collaborative problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Systems Engineering role.
- Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or Go) for automation and tooling.
- Deep understanding of security-first development practices and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, SOC2).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional technical projects.
