Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Lead to take ownership of the infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and reliability of our high-traffic .NET e-commerce platform. In this leadership role, you will mentor a global team of junior engineers and drive the adoption of modern DevOps practices to ensure our platform remains scalable, performant, and resilient.
As the DevOps Lead, you will design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins. You will manage deployments across dev, staging, and production environments, employing strategies like blue-green and canary deployments to minimize risk. You will establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack, and lead incident response efforts to maintain our high availability SLAs.
You will work closely with development teams to optimize application performance, manage cloud resources efficiently, and enforce security and compliance best practices. Your deep expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) will be essential in scaling our microservices architecture. You will also automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and configuration management tools, enabling consistent and reproducible environments.
Mentoring and coaching junior engineers is a key aspect of this role. You will conduct knowledge sharing sessions, review code and infrastructure designs, and help build a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in elevating the team's capabilities and driving DevOps maturity across the organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in the .NET ecosystem, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and extensive experience with DevOps tooling. You are proactive, analytical, and have excellent communication skills. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for a high-traffic .NET e-commerce platform using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
- Lead deployment and release management, including blue-green and canary deployments across multiple environments.
- Ensure platform reliability and scalability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform, ARM templates, and Ansible.
- Manage Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration (AKS/EKS) for microservices.
- Mentor and guide a global team of junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to optimize application performance and implement DevOps best practices.
- Lead incident response and conduct post-mortem reviews to drive system reliability improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or related roles, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong proficiency with .NET framework/.NET Core.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP considered).
- In-depth knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
