Tanggung Jawab
- Production Oversight: Monitor and control the dipping process to ensure consistent product quality and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Staff Competency: Organize and conduct regular training sessions to ensure production staff are competent and proficient in their daily tasks.
- Process Optimization: Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards and resolve any technical issues arising during production.
- Equipment Maintenance: Liaise with the maintenance department to ensure dipping machinery is operating within optimal parameters and scheduled for preventive maintenance.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, training attendance, and technical issues to management.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in rubber processing, latex dipping, or similar manufacturing environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of dipping machinery, chemical properties, and process control systems.
- Leadership: Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff and manage production teams effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Certifications: Professional engineering certification or ISO quality system knowledge is a plus.
