- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share across the region.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of account managers to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual performance targets.
- Cultivate long-term, high-level relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and C-suite executives.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews and performance forecasting to ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide market feedback and drive solution innovation.
- Oversee contract negotiations and service level agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to adjust account management strategies proactively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in senior account management or sales leadership roles, preferably within the fintech or banking technology sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-value enterprise accounts and complex, multi-year sales cycles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to scale teams and foster professional development.
- Strong strategic thinking abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluency in English.
