Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, cost, and reliability across the APAC region.
- Lead procurement and vendor management, ensuring high-quality service levels and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the management and expansion of the company's real estate portfolio, including lease negotiations, site acquisitions, and facility management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes, leveraging data analytics and best practices.
- Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align supply chain and real estate objectives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all supply chain and real estate activities.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to executive management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and real estate, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale supply chain and real estate operations across the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Deep understanding of APAC market dynamics, cultural nuances, and regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a complex organization.
- Professional certifications in supply chain (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) or real estate (e.g., CPM, CRX) are a plus.
