Atos, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking a Senior DocOps Engineer to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between documentation and DevOps, driving the adoption of Documentation as Code (DaC) practices. You will ensure that our documentation is not only accurate and comprehensive but also fully integrated into our CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster delivery of high-quality solutions to our clients.
As a Senior DocOps Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, operations, product managers, and IT service management professionals. Your primary focus will be to design and implement automation frameworks for documentation, leveraging tools such as Markdown, Sphinx, MkDocs, and integrating with Git for version control. You will also champion best practices in documentation management, ensuring alignment with ITSM frameworks like ITIL.
Key responsibilities include developing documentation strategies, creating and maintaining templates, conducting quality audits, and training team members. You will work on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and utilize CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions. Your contributions will directly enhance productivity, reduce errors, and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain documentation automation pipelines using modern CI/CD tools.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate documentation into the software delivery lifecycle.
- Develop and enforce documentation standards, templates, and best practices aligned with ITSM frameworks.
- Manage documentation repositories and ensure version control using Git and similar systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud infrastructure, APIs, and internal processes.
- Implement documentation as code (DaC) using tools like Markdown, AsciiDoc, Sphinx, or MkDocs.
- Conduct regular audits of documentation quality and completeness, driving continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to team members on documentation tools and practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical documentation, DevOps, or a combination thereof.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in documentation tools such as Markdown, Sphinx, MkDocs, or similar.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and frameworks (ITIL).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities.
