PT Lami Packaging Indonesia is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Drafter to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between architectural/engineering concepts and physical site execution. You will collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and on-site Project Teams to deliver highly accurate, buildable, and on-time engineering drawings.
As a Senior Drafter, you will ensure all design files adhere to strict industrial standards and structural requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Create, modify, and manage precise 2D and 3D engineering and architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or related drafting software.
- Collaborate closely with Engineers, Architects, and the site team to transform design concepts into practical, buildable construction plans.
- Perform site visits and physical measurements to verify layouts, structural constraints, and actual field conditions.
- Ensure all technical drawings comply with national building codes, industry standards, and company safety guidelines.
- Coordinate design revision cycles based on feedback from project managers, clients, and QA/QC inspectors.
- Manage the drawing database, ensuring that construction documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related technical drafting field.
- At least 5 years of proven professional experience as a Drafter, preferably in industrial construction or manufacturing facilities.
- Expert proficiency in drafting software including AutoCAD (2D & 3D), SketchUp, or Revit.
- Strong understanding of architectural details, structural systems, and construction materials.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven track record of maintaining high accuracy under tight project schedules.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
