Tanggung Jawab
- Lead drafting processes for interior fit-out projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Develop comprehensive design documentation including construction drawings, material specifications, and FF&E layouts
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to align design solutions with project requirements
- Review and approve technical drawings for compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Manage design timelines and resources while maintaining project budgets

Kualifikasi
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out drafting and design management
- Expert proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and 3D visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Singaporean building regulations, BCA standards, and fire safety requirements
- Proven track record in managing design documentation for commercial projects
