Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of drafting professionals to deliver high-quality technical documentation
- Oversee the entire drafting process from initial concept to final delivery
- Review and approve technical drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with industry standards
- Develop and implement drafting standards, best practices, and quality control measures
- Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables
- Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies and industry trends to drive innovation
- Provide guidance and support to junior drafting staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil land development drafting
- Expert proficiency in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and industry regulations
- Proven experience in leading and managing drafting teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in technical documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in CAD or related drafting technologies is a plus
