In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers to develop, maintain, and scale our drone operations, ensuring maximum efficiency and sustainability for our clients.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our drone systems, from technical roadmap planning to field deployment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of drone engineers and technical staff to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee the design, integration, and maintenance of high-performance UAV hardware and software ecosystems.
- Drive the development of autonomous flight solutions tailored for large-scale agricultural monitoring and spraying.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scopes, technical requirements, and delivery timelines.
- Implement rigorous safety protocols and quality assurance standards across all drone operations.
- Analyze mission data to optimize flight paths and equipment efficiency, ensuring maximum crop yield impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in aerospace and precision agriculture to keep Terra Drone at the competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in drone technology, UAV systems, or robotics engineering management.
- Strong proficiency in flight control systems, telemetry, and GIS software integrations.
- Proven ability to manage technical teams and complex multi-stakeholder projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agricultural drone applications (spraying, multispectral imaging) is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Indonesia as needed.
