Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of Drupal-based web applications.
- Execute complex migrations and platform updates while ensuring zero downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into efficient technical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, performance tuning, and security patching across client portfolios.
- Implement and maintain CraftCMS solutions as part of our expanding digital service offerings.
- Provide technical mentorship and code reviews to ensure high-quality standards within the development team.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical implementations and architectural changes.
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development with a strong focus on Drupal (v8/9/10).
- Proven proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and modern front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery).
- Demonstrated experience in CraftCMS or willingness to master it quickly.
- Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques, caching strategies, and security best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
