Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and security functions
- Lead and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency
- Manage guest inquiries, complaints, and VIP requests with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate cross-departmental operations during peak periods and special events
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, emergency procedures, and compliance standards
- Analyze operational metrics and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct staff training programs focusing on service excellence and brand standards
- Prepare daily reports for senior management on occupancy, revenue, and operational issues
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel operations with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing front desk operations and guest services
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and revenue management principles
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in English with additional language skills considered advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in staff training and performance management
