Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily front-of-house operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and motivate the front office and housekeeping teams to maintain high performance standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor hotel security, safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure a secure environment.
- Assist in budget management and cost control initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a cohesive guest experience.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a similar managerial role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to resolve conflicts and make critical decisions under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
