Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 solution design and implementation across finance, sales, and operations modules
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver scalable technical architectures
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 environments to align with business processes and compliance needs
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and training sessions to ensure system adoption and user proficiency
- Develop implementation roadmaps, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies for complex projects
- Mentor junior consultants and establish governance frameworks for quality assurance
- Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 (Finance, Sales, or Operations modules)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification or equivalent expertise
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale solutions in diverse industries
- Advanced proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, TFS)
