Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop engaging training materials (e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, performance support tools)
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align content with business objectives
- Manage training projects from conception through implementation and evaluation
- Utilize authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms for content delivery
- Analyze training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement strategies
- Stay current with industry trends in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in training development or instructional design
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
- Experience conducting needs assessments and program evaluation
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional models
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
