Finns Beach Club, recognized as the World's Best Beach Club, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer to join our dynamic facility management team in Badung, Bali.
As our Senior E&I Engineer, you will be the technical backbone ensuring that our massive, vibrant entertainment venue operates with absolute reliability and peak efficiency. You will manage complex electrical infrastructures, sophisticated instrumentation systems, and energy distribution networks that power our world-class dining, aquatic, and entertainment facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Manage industrial instrumentation, control systems, and PLC/SCADA configurations for venue facilities.
- Develop and execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules to ensure zero downtime for critical operations.
- Lead and mentor junior technicians while coordinating with external contractors for major upgrades.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with international safety regulations and local Indonesian standards (PUIL).
- Optimize energy consumption across the venue to support sustainable operational practices.
- Manage inventory of critical spare parts and technical documentation for all electrical assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in industrial, hospitality, or commercial electrical engineering.
- Proven expertise in PLC, VFD, and instrumentation control systems.
- Strong knowledge of local electrical codes and industrial safety standards.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints and schematic diagrams.
- High level of adaptability and a 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian.
