Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the electrical and instrumentation design, installation, and maintenance activities for environmental facilities.
- Oversee the commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of control systems, including PLC, DCS, and SCADA.
- Ensure all engineering projects fully comply with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and NEBOSH requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to foster professional growth, technical proficiency, and team cohesion.
- Conduct regular site inspections and comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential operational hazards.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, cost estimates, and project proposals for key stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and improve energy efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the environmental or industrial sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, EPLAN, and electrical simulation software.
- Proven track record in managing projects from concept to completion within budget and timeline constraints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively motivate technical teams.
