Tan Zhuan Plastic Industries is seeking a proactive Senior Electrical and Mechanical Technician to join our growing team in Skudai, Johor. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our manufacturing operations run at peak efficiency by performing high-level troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repairs on critical industrial machinery.

You will be responsible for both electrical and mechanical systems, working closely with our production team to minimize downtime and enhance equipment reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment failures, including motors, control panels, and hydraulic systems.
- Install, calibrate, and test new machinery to ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation for all equipment repairs.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify process bottlenecks and implement technical improvements.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support the team during machine changeovers and setup processes to meet production targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering fields.
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong proficiency in reading electrical diagrams, mechanical blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Hands-on skills with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic testing equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work in the Seelong/Skudai area and adhere to operational shift schedules.
