Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop detailed electrical systems for offshore platforms and floating production units
- Ensure compliance with international electrical codes (IEC, NEC) and safety regulations
- Perform load calculations, power system analysis, and equipment specification
- Create comprehensive technical documentation including single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and equipment lists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with mechanical, structural, and control systems
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior designers
- Implement sustainability principles in electrical system design to reduce energy consumption
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical design for offshore/oil & gas projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, ETAP, and other electrical design software
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, motor control centers, and hazardous area classifications
- Certification in electrical safety standards (e.g., CompEx, Hazardous Area)
- Experience with project management tools and engineering workflows
- Proven ability to work in multicultural, fast-paced environments
