Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the maintenance, operation, and optimization of the factory's primary electrical distribution systems and power infrastructure.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure 24/7 reliability of production equipment.
- Manage electrical project execution, including system upgrades, modifications, and energy efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical breakdowns and minimize operational downtime.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff and maintenance technicians.
- Ensure full compliance with local safety regulations (K3/ISO) and international electrical engineering standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation, technical logs, and reporting on system performance and resource consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems or Industrial Automation focus preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, specifically within the paper or heavy industry sectors.
- Strong proficiency in PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in high-voltage and low-voltage distribution systems, transformers, and power generators.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills with the ability to manage technical teams.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian electrical safety codes and HSE practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shifts or emergency response if required.
