Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems for high-availability data center projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and structural engineers, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Perform detailed electrical load calculations, power distribution design, and equipment specification (UPS, Generators, MV/LV switchgear).
- Conduct technical reviews of designs and ensure compliance with international codes, local regulations, and client-specific requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers and CAD/BIM technicians.
- Manage project documentation, including technical reports, specifications, and BOQs to meet budget and schedule constraints.
- Oversee site inspections and quality control processes to ensure installations align with design intent.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in electrical building services, specifically with proven track record in data center design.
- Expertise in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, and electrical design simulation tools (e.g., ETAP, Dialux).
- Strong understanding of Tier III/IV data center standards (Uptime Institute) and relevant international standards (IEC, NFPA).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Engineer (SKK/STRA) certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, capable of producing technical documentation in both languages.
