Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and engineering of complex electrical systems for offshore facilities, ensuring adherence to safety and reliability standards.
- Perform comprehensive electrical load analysis, short circuit studies, and protection coordination.
- Manage the technical documentation and specifications for electrical equipment, including switchgear, transformers, and power generation units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and process modules.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers.
- Oversee vendor technical submissions and ensure equipment performance meets project requirements.
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and safety inspections to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the oil & gas, offshore, or energy sector.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent registration is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in industry-standard electrical design software such as ETAP, SKM, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and other relevant international electrical standards.
- Proven track record in managing complex electrical infrastructure projects from concept to commissioning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
