In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of electrical design projects, from initial concept and calculation to detailed design and on-site supervision. We are seeking a proactive professional with a strong technical background in Air Conditioning, Mechanical, and Ventilation (ACMV) and Building Management Systems (BMS) to ensure operational excellence and safety compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and calculation of ACMV and BMS systems for commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Oversee on-site electrical and mechanical installation, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and safety regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration.
- Prepare technical reports, bills of quantities (BOQ), and tender documents.
- Ensure all engineering solutions comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site staff.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with a focus on HVAC.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, specifically in ACMV and BMS.
- Strong working knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC design principles.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel to construction sites.
- Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE, BCA-registered) is highly preferred.
