Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for high-rise and complex building projects, ensuring compliance with Singapore and international standards
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly into building designs
- Prepare detailed technical specifications, design calculations, and comprehensive engineering documentation
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance during construction and installation phases
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team
- Review and approve electrical designs, ensuring accuracy, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple project deadlines and coordinate effectively with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration or eligibility for registration in Singapore
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering for building services, with focus on high-rise projects
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's electrical codes, regulations, and BCA requirements
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other electrical design software tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in team environments
- Experience with sustainable building practices and green building certifications is highly desirable
