Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the detailed design and engineering of electrical systems (HV/LV Power Distribution, BMS, Fire Alarm, Security, and ELV) for large-scale high-rise and complex building projects.
- Prepare, review, and approve technical specifications, single line diagrams, calculations, and method statements ensuring compliance with local codes (SS, CP, LTA, SCDF) and international standards.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget; coordinate effectively with project managers, architects, and other MEP disciplines to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of associate and junior engineers, promoting best practices and professional growth.
- Utilize advanced design tools including Revit BIM, Amtech, ETAP, and Dialux for clash detection, load analysis, and lighting design.
- Act as the primary technical interface for clients, contractors, and statutory authorities during design reviews, site inspections, and commissioning activities.
- Champion sustainability by integrating energy-efficient solutions, renewable energy systems, and BCA Green Mark requirements into all design phases.
- Support business development by preparing compelling technical proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for potential high-rise and infrastructure projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering design for high-rise buildings, large-scale complexes, or major infrastructure projects within Singapore or the Southeast Asia region.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) or registered Professional Engineer (PE) with the PEB Singapore is strongly preferred.
- Deep technical knowledge of Singapore’s electricity, fire safety, and building codes (SS 551, CP 5, CP 13, etc.).
- Proven proficiency in BIM environment (Revit MEP, Navisworks) and electrical design software such as Amtech ProDesign, ETAP, or SKM Power Tools.
- Demonstrated experience leading a design team and managing complex stakeholder interfaces across multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Fluency in Mandarin or other Asian languages is a plus for regional project coordination.
