We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our High-Rise & Complex Buildings team in Singapore. In this senior-level role, you will take ownership of the electrical design for some of the region’s most complex architectural projects. You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring that power, lighting, fire safety, and communication systems are designed to perfection. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and sustainability of landmark developments, working alongside top-tier architects and consultants. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the electrical design strategy for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings.
- Prepare detailed electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications in compliance with BCA codes.
- Conduct load calculations, energy studies, and system integration planning.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (architects, structural, MEP) to ensure seamless design integration.
- Review contractor submissions and conduct site inspections during construction.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers within the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical design, with a focus on high-rise or complex projects.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Electrical Engineer (PEP) registration in Singapore is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
- Strong understanding of green building standards and sustainable design principles.
