Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and infrastructure for mining equipment and facilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure electrical installations meet safety regulations and operational requirements.
- Lead the maintenance and troubleshooting of high-voltage systems, transformers, and power distribution networks.
- Develop and manage electrical project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies regarding electrical hazards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy consumption and reduce operational costs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior electrical engineers and technicians.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Proven experience in electrical system design, maintenance, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes (SNI) and international mining safety standards.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or PVSyst.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in remote operational environments.
- Valid Indonesian Engineering License (SIP) is preferred.
