Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead daily activities of the electrical engineering team to ensure production targets are met.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols (K3) to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
- Monitor production quality and identify areas for process improvement.
- Analyze technical issues and provide effective, rapid solutions to operational challenges.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the broader production workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the manufacturing or lighting industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role (Karu/Senior Engineer).
- In-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict safety regulations.
