Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and supervise all electrical project activities with precision and efficiency
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including technical specifications, drawings, and reports
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors, and site teams to ensure project alignment
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and progress
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards
- Proven experience in planning and executing electrical projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination
- Proficiency in project management software and electrical design tools
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Certification in project management (PMP) is highly desirable
