As a Senior Engineer, you will bridge the gap between design theory and real-world application, ensuring our assembly equipment operates with maximum efficiency, reliability, and precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement rigorous electrical test procedures for semiconductor assembly equipment.
- Lead the troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex electrical and control system failures.
- Collaborate with global R&D teams to optimize equipment performance and transition new designs into high-volume production.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and diagnostic tools to improve testing cycle times.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers regarding electrical safety and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure assembly equipment meets all reliability and throughput benchmarks.
- Document technical specifications, test reports, and design changes in accordance with company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in electrical test engineering, preferably within the semiconductor or high-precision automation industry.
- Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN) and simulation tools.
- Strong hands-on experience with PLC programming, motion control systems, and industrial sensors.
- Demonstrated expertise in debugging complex circuits, signal processing, and data acquisition systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to solving technical roadblocks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate effectively in a multi-site team environment.
